Progressive, fast-paced well established private practice with two locations is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Hematology Oncology Physician.  Practice currently has five physicians, with over 75 years of combined experience.  Located in a suburb of Chicago, the area offers an excellent life style and proximity to downtown Chicago.  Area boasts of cultural, recreational and award winning restaurants, as well as an array of excellent education opportunities.

Office hours are Monday- Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm

  • 2 office locations: (approximately 20 minutes from each other)
  • 6 hospitals covered; 2 main hospitals & 4 smaller community hospitals
  • Hospitalist available at each hospital
  • Call is 1: 4 weekend
  • 70% Hematology/ 30% Medical Oncology/ 1% Internal Medicine;
  • Average of 500 Office Chemo patients per week;
  • Average of 50 inpatients per day
  • Average of 300 follow ups per week  
  • Service and Draw Area Population: 650,000
  • Clinical Trials & Research available

Job Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology;

Our client a well-established, state-of-the-art, private practice in Northern Ohio, seeks to recruit an assertive BE/BC Hematologist Oncologist to enhance their healthcare team.  The newly hired physician will join three (3) highly skilled and experienced Hematologist Oncologists and an outstanding clinical support staff.  

For over thirty years this practice has provided compassionate care to their patients with excellence, dignity, commitment, respect and accessibility out of two (2) practice locations in Northeastern Ohio (35 minutes driving distance).  As a result, the providers are well-noted and respected in the community as delivering the best care to their patients and their families. The practice has an average of 25-20 new consults per week; 1:4 call Schedule with office hours 8:30am – 5:00 pm.  The practice participates in Clinical Trials and University Academic affiliation.
