Position Highlights:
- Outpatient-Only Practice: Very minimal inpatient responsibilities—hospitalist, palliative, and hospice teams manage inpatient care. The physician is contacted for consultations in clinic and hospital settings only.
- Flexible Scheduling: Full-time schedule with a Monday–Friday structure or an optional 4-day workweek. Part-time candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Team-Based Care: Collaborate with a dedicated team of 3 APPs, 1 PA, and 1 nurse practitioner in a close-knit, regional cancer center.
- Specialty Mix: 70% Medical Oncology and 30% Hematology.

- Director Role Available w/ stipend (initially 20% admin 80% clinical)
This outpatient practice is housed in a regional cancer center equipped with modern facilities, including 12 chemotherapy chairs and EPIC EMR. You’ll enjoy a manageable patient load, typically seeing 13–15 patients daily. With little competition in the area and a primary service population of 150K, the practice offers stability and growth potential in a small yet impactful setting.
Compensation starts around $540K, with additional earnings possible through wRVUs. The role includes a large signing bonus, 6 weeks of vacation/CME, and a 3-year contract. This position is ideal for physicians seeking a stable, rewarding career in a community-oriented environment.
