Margaret has been in the recruiting industry since 2008, working with physicians, primarily in locum tenens opportunities. She is Cancer CarePoint’s Medical Oncology locum tenens recruiter and client liaison, obtaining client needs and finding the right physician to meet the need. With an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s in social work, Margaret honed her listening, understanding and compassion skills in her previous career, working as a psychotherapist in facilities and private practice. And while she is no longer a healthcare provider herself, she likes to know that she is still being helpful and providing care through her interactions with, and placement of physicians who care for those with cancer.

When she’s not working, Margaret enjoys listening to music and seeing live shows, plays and attending happenings around Atlanta. And, with so many good restaurants around, eating and then walking it off on the Beltline (Atlanta’s big sidewalk that wraps around the city).

Sarah Roe, Senior Marketing Coordinator, Allied Health & Nursing

Sarah Roe is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Marketing. After serving as a marketing director with a physical therapy firm in Florida, she joined the Cancer CarePoint team in 1997 tasked with the role of establishing the Medical Oncology Division. Since that time, she has assisted hundreds of clients nationwide with their recruitment needs as well as played an active role in the development of additional services lines including Allied Health and Nursing.

March Fincher, Operations Specialist & Licensing Coordinator

March Fincher has been involved in healthcare services since the age of 12, when she learned to clean and sterilize her Dad’s dental office. Through high school and beyond, she worked many years for him in front and back office, eventually becoming his only FT dental assistant. In 1990, she became employed at a community hospital, starting as an assistant to The Joint Commission survey preparation team. Her administrative services were next appreciated through several years by various hospital departments, eventually landing the position of Medical Staff Coordinator reporting directly to the hospital CEO. She became certified in the profession and has worked in medical staff services since that time in 1996. She has subsequently worked for another hospital, a government-contracting CVO for the US Army Reserve, and another Locum Tenens agency (where she started specializing in state medical board license applications). While working, she earned an Associate of Applied Technology degree in Computer Information System/Database Specialist. She feels fortunate in accepting the position of Operations Specialist & Licensing Coordinator at Cancer CarePoint in 2009, where she strives for excellence in assisting Recruits with comprehensive operations involving their assignments, hospital, and state medical board licensing affairs. She is mindful of staying current with governmental, hospital, and licensing boards requirements, risk management, and malpractice insurance issues.

March has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration degree. When not working, she enjoys time with family, motorcycle riding, documentaries, and administering medicine to cats at a no-kill shelter.

Zoanette Jordan serves as the Operations Specialist for the Radiation Oncology Locums Tenens Team. Her role entails preparing physicians for upcoming locum assignments by assisting with obtaining hospital privileges; arranging travel and housing logistics; and working with the hospital medical staff departments during the credentialing process.

Zoanette has been with CancerCarePoint since 2005. Prior to coming to CCP, Zoanette was with Wells Fargo Bank for 17 years in Accounts Receivable. Outside the office, she loves cooking, sports, traveling and spending time with family and friends. 

Christina Chirinos, Executive Services Administrator

Christina joined the Cancer CarePoint team in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant. While in that role, Christina proved to be a quick learner, multitasker and dedicated problem solver which led to her promotion to Executive Services Administrator. She is responsible for payroll, billing and also collaborates with the CEO on a variety of projects and processes. Christina is a cum laude graduate of American InterContinental University with a BA in Communications.

When she is not working, she loves to travel, hike and go to concerts.
