Our California-based Client located seeks to hire an experienced, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join their rapidly growing multidisciplinary cancer program located in the beautiful region near San Francisco.   The well-established health network serves a community with a service population of near 2 million and city population of 90,000.

The hired physician will lead a 100% breast practice serving as Medical Director of the breast program and develop it into a Center of Excellence.

With their multifaceted approach to treating cancer, the El Camino Health’s cancer program has achieved outstanding five-year survival rates for breast, colon, gynecological, prostate, and lung cancers.

Qualifications:

• • Fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon;
  • Board Certified in General Surgery;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
  • Focus 100% on Breast Surgery;
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in California;
  • Committed to quality/compassionate patient care;
  • Must be willing to play an active and visible role in the community;
  • Help promote and build the practice through various community and relationship-building events.

Financial and Benefits Package:

Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary with bonus consisting of 10% of base for production and quality incentives.   Shareholder option after 2 years.
