The ideal Physician Leader will possess board certification in medical oncology and demonstrate strong clinical practice skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional care to patients. Collaborating with community physicians to establish a robust referral network will be a crucial aspect of this role. A valid Georgia medical license or the ability to obtain one is required.
In this role, you will enjoy regular office hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a call rotation of 1:3. The patient load comprises 60% hematology and 40% medical oncology cases, ensuring a diverse and rewarding practice.
The employed position offers an attractive starting salary package of $500K, commensurate with your training and experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on quality metrics, providing further financial rewards.
