With a service area population of 1 million and a draw area population between 1.5 and 2 million, our client is leading multi-specialty group based in Tulsa, OK, is actively recruiting a Gynecological Oncologist to join and strengthen their gynecologic oncology team.

Practice Details:
- Multi-specialty practice services, cancer diagnosis & treatment:
- Chemo drugs mixed onsite; Administered by Infusion RN
- Lab work and x-rays done onsite
- Phase I, II, and III clinical trials with full Research department
- Rotating Residents/Fellows
Hours:
- Office hours 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, but clinic doesn’t start until 8am or 9am pending the provider
- Call coverage 1:5 or 1:6
- Evening call: Cover own patients during the week
- Weekend call: Rounding at the hospitals; routine – late night calls are rare
Patient Load (Current averages for the Gyn Oncology Group): 30 new consults per week
Equipment:
- Onco EMR
- Intuitive Brand Robotics
- Standard equipped OR
Clinical Support Staff (Dedicated to Gyn Oncology Group):
- 2 RNs
- 1.5 AAPs
- Individual MA per physician
- Dedicated scheduling staff for surgeries, office visits, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Gynecologic Oncology preferred
- Will consider Board Eligible, but must obtain Certification within one year of signing contract
- Commit to quality/compassionate patient care
- Must be willing to play an active and visible role in the community
- Help promote and build the practice through various community and relationship-building events
Financial and Benefits Package: Employed position offering a guaranteed base salary commensurate with experience. Monthly draw provided; RVU production offsets the draw. Most physicians start receiving productivity reimbursements after 3-4 months of starting.
Partnership potential after 3 years. Buy-in based on shares purchased and the financial profitability of the group in the preceding and proceeding years. Partnership distribution is based on shares of the entity and the profitability of the organization. Buy out is structured where the shares are purchased back from the group at a FMV valuation.
