A well-established multi-specialty private practice founded in 1990, is expanding and hiring two Medical Oncologists to join a collaborative team alongside one Medical Oncologist and one Radiation Oncologist. This is a physician-led practice—no buy-in, no corporate red tape, and a clear partnership track.
Practice Highlights
- 25,000 sq. ft. comprehensive cancer center
- Full outpatient oncology services
- Clinic with call and inpatient consults
- Strong in-house infrastructure:
- ONCOEMR
- On-site pharmacy (chemotherapy + oral oncolytics)
- PET/CT imaging
- In-house diagnostic laboratory
- Robust clinical team:
- 5 RNs, 2 LPNs, 1 NP
- 3 nurse navigators
- 11 medical assistants
- Data collector and full administrative support
Patient Volume
- ~20 new consults per week
- ~125 chemotherapy patients per week
- ~100 follow-up visits per week
- Inpatient service averages ~25 patients per day
- Incoming physicians assume approximately half of the total patient volume
Schedule & Call
- 4.5-day workweek
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: Every other weekendWeeknight call covered by an Oncology Nurse
- Practitioner
Compensation & Partnership
- $500,000 – $700,000, commensurate with experience
- No-buy-in partnership opportunity after 2 years
