An Oregon-based facility is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Navigator to guide patients through every stage of their cancer journey—from diagnosis to treatment, survivorship, or end-of-life care. This role combines clinical expertise, patient education, and compassionate coordination to ensure timely, seamless, and personalized care.
As an integral member of the oncology care team, the nurse navigator works closely with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and community organizations to remove barriers, promote access to services, and support patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
