GREAT LAKES COASTAL MICHIGAN Rewarding Opportunity for BC Hematology/Medical Oncologist at State-of-the-Art, NCI-Designated Network Oncology Group Practice

Our client, a nationally recognized and awarded eight-hospital system, has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time board-certified Hematologist/Oncologist to join their strong team in Michigan.  They are seeking to hire two physicians to join a supportive Hematology/Oncology Group with a tremendous community need and extensive medical staff demand. This opportunity is expected to grow rapidly.  Candidates with a special interest in Breast Health is a plus.

The recruited hematologist oncologist will be based at one site and step into a financially sound, well-established, growing practice that is thriving through referrals within the group and community.  Professorship and teaching opportunities are available if the candidate is interested.  Additionally, the newly hired physician will also work in one of the surrounding outreach clinics 2-4 days per month.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00  am – 4:00 pm with an expected call schedule of 1:6

The system offers comprehensive cancer care focused on breast, lung, esophageal, colon, genitourinary, and gynecologic cancers. The health system’s program includes access to a team of 23 providers specializing in cancer care, certified oncology nurses, radiation therapists, the latest in diagnostic and treatment technology, clinical trials, and a full range of support services.
